• Over 27 years appraisal experience in the Northern Metropolitan Atlanta area suburbs.
• His primary focus of coverage is in Alpharetta, Cumming, Duluth, Johns Creek, Milton and Roswell; 
• A Certified Residential Appraiser in Georgia (GA License # 128 )
• An SRA {Senior Residential Appraiser} designation and a member of the Appraisal Institute;
• Earned a bachelors degree in Real Estate from FSU.
• Continually attends courses from accredited and distinguished educational firms.

Most of our assignments come from referrals of our previous clients and from many clients with long term relationships of over 15+ years. Our new clients soon become repeat clients and refer others to us because of their positive experience.
